They enlisted the help of the GL events UK seating team to install an additional 2,500 seats split across three new grandstands. ## Reaching the finishing Line Encountering a series of challenges during the project’s initial phase, including changing suppliers and tight timelines, Glasgow Warriors relied on the expertise of GL events UK's seating team to provide a robust [seating and stand solution](https://www.glevents.co.uk/products/tiered-seating). Scotstoun Stadium is also used to host athletics events. During the initial design phase, GL events UK's CAD designers ensured that the stands at the outer pitch level did not obstruct the running track within the stadium. This extra level of attention to detail was necessary at this stage to comply with safety regulations and ensure unrestricted access to the stands.
