Working in partnership with The Mammoths creative agency, this was the third consecutive iteration of the global workplace solutions company’s convention to benefit from GL event’s market-leading conference seating. Cushioned tip-seats, along with colour-matched, carpeted rows and steps, ensured a premium experience for delegates. The temporary grandstand was finished with black draping to the sides and rear, while a temporary TV platform completed GL events’ contribution to the conference. GL events’ temporary infrastructure was installed in just one day but, impressively, dismantled and cleared within a two-hour window, enabling TIC’s operations team to transform the venue into a dining and party destination in preparation for Lyreco’s evening awards ceremony.
