Each year our challenge is to create temporary structures and deliver temporary seating that meets the high standards of spectators and organisers, while fitting seamlessly into the event’s busy and demanding schedule. GL events UK addressed these challenges by providing over 60 structures spanning more than 17,000sqm annually, including bars, catering facilities and bespoke covered viewing platforms. Additionally, we provide luxury viewing and hospitality areas such as covered bars with live music and DJs, designed to enhance guest experiences and encourage longer stays. In recent years we've expanded our offering to Silverstone further, providing tailored grandstands with optimised sightlines, to ensure every spectator enjoys the day's racing, and closed risers to prevent the loss of personal belongings. As part of our comprehensive overlay service, which, in addition to temporary structures and seating, includes floor coverings, HVAC, internal linings, fencing and trackway for hospitality amongst other services, we provided scaffolding bases, large loading platforms for kitchens and toilets and expansive decked viewing terraces throughout the site, to maintain high-quality event delivery amidst Silverstone’s year-round schedule of activities. ## A complete solution As a long-standing partner, GL events UK has become a trusted single point of contact for Silverstone. This collaborative relationship allows improved logistical efficiency and supports the smooth operation of the event and the delivery of our high-quality, temporary infrastructure. By working closely with the event organisers, we have enhanced the spectator experience with premium hospitality areas and bespoke viewing platforms. In recent years this has allowed the event to extend guest engagement with carefully designed entertainment spaces.
