Angela has been part of Field and Lawn for nearly twenty years, starting her career with the company as a Sales & Project Manager before progressing to Regional Director at the Edinburgh Branch in 2024. The appointment reflects the company’s commitment to developing leadership and talent from within. Angela will take overall responsibility for the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of Field & Lawn, with a focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and continued investment in people, sustainability and innovation. Angela Wilson commented on the promotion: “I’m so proud to step into the role of Managing Director and to lead such a diverse business forward into an exciting new chapter. We have an exceptional team, an outstanding national reputation and we have finished the year strongly, in a challenging market.
