From initial concept to physical delivery
When it came to fit out at the festival our team worked closely with organisers aiming to bring an aesthetic that gave a modern twist to the classic Cheltenham style. New for the 2025 Festival was The Saddlers Restaurant, serving a four-course menu, exquisitely prepared featuring contemporary and classic dishes. With this in mind, we collaborated with our client to outline a clear brief including what would be required from the venue and the atmosphere they were looking to create. Every small decision for the fit out of this restaurant was carefully selected from complementary linen and tableware to colours and furniture. High end materials were utilised to offer a premium appearance whilst remaining cost effective. Bespoke bars and buffet stations were built by the client under the advice of our team, this meant that colours and styles were complimentary, and the Restaurant was completely functional. Finally, our sister company Xpect delivered furniture in a contrasting colour scheme ensuring it stood out in the space adding the finishing touches for a memorable dining experience.
