GL events UK has been awarded the contract to supply grandstand audience seating for the TV show ‘£100k Drop’ hosted by Davina McCall. The TV show is created by Remarkable TV, part of Endemol Shine UK Ltd, and returns to screens in the Spring next year under a new format – having previously been named ‘The Million Pound Drop’ – and having already enjoyed five seasons on ITV.
The series, which will consist of 60 shows, will be filmed in front of a live audience who will be seated in the grandstands. On top of the seating requirements, GL events will also build two integrated camera platforms.
