GL events UK’s specialist in-house seating team delivered smart, spacious tiered seating grandstands in support of Lyreco’s sales and leadership conference, held at multipurpose exhibition and conference venue, the Telford International Centre (TIC).
Working in partnership with The Mammoths creative agency, this was the third consecutive iteration of the global workplace solutions company’s convention to benefit from GL event’s market-leading conference seating.
GL events’ exclusive modular tiered seating was installed in an intimate, splayed grandstand formation, bringing more than 600 attendees closer to the day’s on-stage content. Cushioned tip-seats, along with colour-matched, carpeted rows and steps, ensured a premium experience for delegates. The temporary grandstand was finished with black draping to the sides and rear, while a temporary TV platform completed GL events’ contribution to the conference.
GL events’ temporary infrastructure was installed in just one day but, impressively, dismantled and cleared within a two-hour window, enabling TIC’s operations team to transform the venue into a dining and party destination in preparation for Lyreco’s evening awards ceremony.
