Foodies Festival, the UK’s largest family friendly food festival, is the latest to join GL events line-up of high profile summer events.
Each year the ever-growing festival sees tens-of-thousands of visitors flock from the surrounding areas to feast on a vast array of culinary activities, making Foodies Festival the social event of the summer.
GL events will provide temporary structures at three of the ten summer festivals in the month of July at Alexandra Palace, Tatton Park and Clapham Common.
Visitors to the festival can look forward to free demonstrations from top chefs, Pop up Restaurants and Bars, Street Food Avenue, Artisan Producers market, BBQ Arena, Cook School, a Children’s Cookery Theatre and a new Tasting Theatre with masterclasses designed by bloggers and experts introducing festival-goers to the latest foods and flavours.
Other exciting additions this year are the Vintage Tea Tent that will hold daily tea dances, a new Chilli Food Market for those with a love of spicy foods, and for those who can really handle the heat, a Chilli Eating Challenge takes place at 5pm daily!
