Now entering its fourth season, CarFest North and South – summer’s fast and furious fun-fuelled family festivals – are set to be bigger and better than ever this year. Chris Evans, the brainchild behind the two motoring and music-themed extravaganzas will again host both events bringing expensive cars, live music, food and drink to the north and south of England – CarFest North (Oulton Park, Cheshire, 31 July-2 August) and CarFest South (Laverstoke Park Farm, Hampshire, 28-30 August).

The two spectacular shows are packed with even more features aimed at inspiring and amazing those of all ages. New additions include: goalfest, stunt school, the beach complete with deck chairs, a vintage village, mega land plus a lot more surprises still to be announced.

With the promise of more magical music and motors, lashings of mouth-watering festival food and eye-catching family fun, GL events has been called in by the organisers, Brand events, to provide almost 10000sqm for 2015.  Infrastructure deployed comes in all shapes and sizes from both the Snowdens and Owen Brown ranges: from VIP hospitality tents and Drivers Lounges, food and drink exhibition structures, and workshop structures to smaller marquees needed for wristband exchanges, first aid and information points.

As ever, CarFest will be raising money for BBC Children in Need with a minimum of 25 per cent of all ticket revenues going directly to the charity.  CarFest has already donated more than £3.5 million to the charity with over £1.5 million in 2014.

GL events has worked hand in hand with client Brand events at CarFest since its inception and helped to extend the festival every year to increase the amount of funds raised.  The high-profile, fast-paced festivals have further strengthened the company’s long-established relationship with Brand Events.

CarFest won Best Live Event at the Association of Exhibition Organisers awards in London in June 2014.
