Exhibiting at Cereals
Cereals is the UK’s flagship arable farming event, bringing together, agri-tech suppliers and the wider agricultural trade for two days of product discovery and live demonstrations. The event takes place annually in June 2027 at Heath Farm, Leadenham, Lincolnshire. Because Cereals is an outdoor event, stand space can vary depending on the type of exhibitor and display. Once you have confirmed your pitch size, frontage and depth, you can start to plan the temporary structure requirements. GL events are located just 35 miles from the showground and have an extensive range of structure options to help you maximise your investment in the show. As we have been working with the organisers for over 30 years, we are well placed to support you with your temporary exhibition structure.
What size trade stand do you need?
The size of the structure will depend on your pitch area, product display needs and what the space is being used for. For example, if you are using it as simple shelter for a small number of people, a 3m x 3m or 5m x 5m size would be sufficient. If you need the structure to house a product display or hospitality, you will require a bigger space. Our smaller structures are extended in 3m or 5m modules, giving you a practical starting point for compact trade stands, smaller suppliers, or a simple covered space.
A 6m x 12m structure works well for exhibitors thatwho need a covered meeting area, literature space, light product display and a professional base for the team. A 9m x 12m or 12m x 15m layout is better suited to machinery suppliers, agri-tech brands, crop science companies or exhibitors who need a stronger visitor-facing presence with room for products, demonstrations or customer meetings. Larger marquee sizes are available for super-premium brand, hospitality or product launches, that will give your brand an exceptional space, high visual impact and ample external branding opportunities.
Structure types and specification options
A Clearspan marquee is a very popular option for Cereals because it is cost-effective, flexible and suited to outdoor exhibition use. Our clearspan structures are available in 3m to 30m spans, with PVC side walls, various flooring options, window walls, glazed doors and entrance canopies to make your structure stand out from the 450 other exhibitors attending the event. A smaller, more compact option is the Multimaster, which can be fitted with plywood interlocking contour floor and can be easily interlinked together. The Multimaster frame tents are available in 6m, 9m, 12m and 15m widths and constructed in 3m bays with a side eaves height of 2.4m. Walling is PVC with laced split or roll up panels for ease and flexibility of opening. Optional extras include flexible window walls, glazed white UPVC window panels and entrance doors
When to book a structure for Cereals
We recommended booking your structure as soon as you have confirmed your pitch. For Cereals, we typically need a four week notice period for a standard structure. If you require a bespoke structure, our lead time is longer to enable us to design the solution around your needs. This means your stand needs to do more than mark out your pitch. It needs to provide a professional, weatherproof space where your team can meet customers, demonstrate products and hold meaningful conversations throughout the event. For a typical Cereals stand, we'd recommend a package that combines a branded temporary structure with comfortable breakout meeting space, with flooring and furniture, while leaving sufficient space for machinery, equipment or product displays where required.
