Prior to the excitement of Wimbledon this year, GL events Owen Brown and Snowdens, were out in force at two Aegon tennis events, which saw players get their first taste of grass court action.

Owen Brown’s destination, Aegon Classic, saw them head to Edgbaston Priory Club for one of the biggest fixtures in the WTA International series. They supplied just under 1,000sqm worth of temporary structures to the event, including a 450sqm Absolute structure with Eclipse-style roof for general hospitality and a Premier temporary structure for corporate hospitality guests. During the 7 day event, their structures played host to many famous faces including Michelle Heaton, who is the face of the tournament’s ladies’ day.

Whilst Owen Brown were busy providing hospitality space at Aegon Classic, Snowdens were supplying a range of trade stands at Aegon International in the form of aluminium framed marquees, neatly divided for each company, as well as peaked Pagoda structures hosting a Moet Champagne Bar and the Lawn Tennis Association information stand.  Based at Devonshire Park, this week-long event gave spectators plenty to talk about, with Elena Vesnina finally winning the woman’s title and Feliciano Lopez winning the men’s title after a three-set thriller.
