GL events Seating and Stadia has sold 20,000 seats to event supplier Shaffer Site Services in the USA that will be used for this year’s PGA tour. Shaffer is America’s leading event rental company with significant success in the sporting industry.
The PGA tour, which has a packed schedule of Tournaments across the USA, will see some of the biggest names in golf such as Jimmy Walker, Bubba Watson and Tiger Woods battle it out for the FedEx Cup.
Chris Mansell, GL events Seating and Stadia Operations Director, said: “Working with Shaffers allows us to showcase our range on an international stage. GL events UK Group often sells equipment to similar global companies where it isn’t feasible to offer a hire contract.”
