Our Seating and Stadia division have an impeccable track record in delivering both temporary tiered rugby grandstand seating, to boost your stadium’s capacity, and are equally at home delivering entire redevelopment projects. These could involve anything from a single new rugby stand, to a whole new stadium fit out, including permanent rugby grandstand seating, hospitality boxes, club administration facilities, restaurants, bars, concessions, conference facilities, offices and changing rooms.
We really will make the most of absolutely every available space. Pre-cast concrete terraces can be installed, followed by a steelwork rugby stand, seating, and cladding to the roof and rear elevation – all finished to the highest of aesthetic standards. Recent projects include redevelopment work for Harlequins, Gloucester RFC, Worcester RFC and, because GL events has both the capability and capacity to operate on an international level, Lyon’s Lou Rugby Club, where we worked in partnership to redevelop the Matmut stadium in just 82 days.
Rugby hospitality solutions
Our rugby hospitality solutions can also transform the area around your stadium into a rugby fan’s paradise. Our innovative project managers will help you to identify all available space to create the infrastructure for a perfect pre-match rugby hospitality solution. We can provide everything from private dining suites, to supporting kitchens, back of house areas, bars and offices. These additional rugby hospitality facilities are vital during tournaments, such as the Six Nations Rugby, where demand outstrips availability, and fans and corporate guests alike can be unable to book hospitality space within the stadium itself.

On an even larger scale, Fan Zone spaces can be created at multiple venues to support all stages of a national or international rugby tournament, featuring big screens, bars and food, music, family entertainment and all things rugby!
